This talk will discuss The 2007 Exposition No. 1 by Guillermo Vargas “Habacuc” in a gallery in Managua, Nicaragua, which included a street dog strapped to a wall, supposedly to die of starvation. Sergio Villena documented the phenomenon caused by Habacuc’s work and will speak with the artist.
