Bogotá Chamber of Commerce's ARTBO arts program is delighted to announce the galleries that will be featured in the upcoming edition of ARTBO | Bogotá International Art Fair. The fair will take place from September 26 to 29 at Ágora Bogotá – Convention Center (Calle 24 # 38-47).

This year, ARTBO Program celebrates two decades of enriching the Latin American art scene, reaffirming its commitment to innovation and steadfast support for the sector. Over the past 20 years, the program has played a pivotal role in Bogotá’s economic and cultural development, fostering the professional growth of artists, curators, and galleries in the region.

The Fair has established itself as one of Latin America’s most significant commercial networking events, distinguished by its dedication to quality and diversity. The 2024 edition will feature the Principal, Referentes, Proyectos, Sitio, Artecámara, Encuentros, and Libro de artista sections.

• Principal Section: Will bring together national and international galleries selected by a specialized committee.
• Proyectos Section: Will showcase projects by artists represented by a gallery and invited by a curator.

This year, ARTBO | Fair welcomes galleries from Argentina, Brazil, Cuba, Chile, Panama, and the Dominican Republic, as well as from Germany, Spain, the United States, and France. Notable participants include:

• Ruth Benzacar (Argentina), with a 50-year legacy, will present an innovative proposal exploring a queer appropriation of Latin American baroque imagery.
• Aninat (Chile) will offer a platform for debate and reflection on contemporary art and new media.
• Klemm’s (Germany) and 193 Gallery (France) will provide a global perspective with proposals connecting to emerging identities and diverse scenes.
• Colombia will be represented by Instituto de Visión, showcasing artistic projects that delve into ancestral knowledge related to botany and cosmogony. Espacio Continuo will present works that reflect on everyday life and the human experience. Additionally, León Tovar Gallery and mor charpentier will feature pieces exploring avant-garde trends in Latin American art and universal human themes.
