Immersed in phenomena on a global scale, the interaction of mediated subjects (Debord, 1967) seeks to unify virtual languages to communicate with each other, and art as a system of human communication is no stranger to this phenomenon. However, in the midst of this cybercultural transit we have been leaving aside ancestral knowledge that, as an artist, I propose to show as an object of reflection, advocating for the memory of Colombia's endangered indigenous languages.
As a Colombian citizen and visual artist limited to internet-based art practices, or net art, my thematic interests have revolved around language and human communication systems as a jungle of signs (as Ranciere calls it).
