A cultural gastroeditorial ‘not suitable for gastropusillanimous’

Created in 2019 by Dani Guerrero Pantxeta, originally from Barcelona, and now residing in Bogotá for the past 10 years. He's a publicist from the last century, a chef, a disseminator and a compulsive collector of cookbooks and gastronomy books in the 21st century. He treasures a personal library of nearly 1,700 books on these subjects.
