“Between Saving and Forgetting” - Paula Abril, “Behind the Walls” - Stephanie Hansen, “Entering and Exiting the Forest” - German Gómez, “Inhabiting the Limits” - Juan Pablo Sarria, “The Why of Everything” - Laura Castro.

CASA PLÁSTICA's Artistic Proposal for ARTBO / Fin de Semana is expressed in the different exhibition rooms, telling various stories and analyzes from the perspective of five Solo Exhibitions by Colombian Artists of medium and emerging career. The present Artists face formal and conceptual themes that start from submerging and opening their eyes underwater, seeing the diffuse contours of objects, perceiving colors while allowing themselves to be affected by light, ancient constructions, as well as our memories and lived experiences, when we don't knock them down, when we keep them as part of our past. The reflection on the impact of human beings on the native ecosystems of our country; also addressing the limit as an essential condition in personal growth, where the unknown converges and likewise, where we find the being that we can be and finally the ability to see and highlight the value that those agents of our society have, who for many contextual reasons we are preventing them from participating correctly in existing social, political, economic and cultural systems. Highlighting the previous concepts as approaches for analysis and reflection in the hands of the spectators, the works and the subject himself.
